YOUR BELT SIZE WILL USUALLY NEED TO BE ABOUT 1-2 INCHES MORE THAN YOUR WAIST SIZE
A belt size measuring 34"-38" will fit around a waist up to a maximum of about 36"-37" to allow up to 1"- 2" for your jeans or trousers and shirt or tucked-in clothing.
Many trousers do not sit on your waist but slightly lower therefore its important to take the measurement with your trousers on and where the belt is intended to be worn.
If unsure we would suggest ordering a slightly larger belt rather than one that might just fit as you can always have an extra hole added at your local shoe repairers.
If you measure at the very top of the range size given then you will need to order the next size up to allow for clothing and to ideally have holes on both sides when wearing
