Delivery

We offer FREE delivery within the UK on all items using standard delivery. A first class option is available at an extra cost.
Standard delivery allow 2-4 business days, 1st class 1-3 business days, these are approximate times.
We aim to dispatch all orders received before noon on the same day. However please allow 24-48 hours. Once dispatched delivery times and delays are out of our control.

We do not offer international deliveries and only deliver within the UK

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched please email us at hideandsleek@hotmail.co.uk and we will happily do this for you. Once dispatched it will be your responsibility to return the item to us and once received we will process a no quibble refund.

Returns

Please email us with your order number regarding returns.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you may return your order within 30 days after you take delivery of the goods. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regs 2013, if you cancel within 30 calendar days you will receive a full refund for the returned goods. If you opted for an enhanced delivery service eg 1st class, this portion will not be refunded. 

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in new unused condition and have all the tags/original packaging. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting certificate or use a tracked service as we cannot be held liable for items lost in the post. 

All items are checked for faults prior to despatch, in the unlikely event of us delivering an incorrect or faulty item we will gladly refund the postage cost of returning the item and offer a refund/replacement. Return postage will be refunded at the standard 2nd class rate. If you pay for extras on the return, for example, next day delivery, you’ll have to cover the extra cost.

After the 30-day period has expired, all decisions regarding returns will be made at our discretion.
