Refund policy

Returns accepted for 30 days

Please email hideandsleek@hotmail.co.uk with your order number regarding returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item you may cancel your order within 30 days after you take delivery of the goods. Goods must be unused and have all the tags/original packaging. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regs 2013, if you cancel within 30 days you will receive a full refund for the goods.

All items are checked for faults prior to despatch, in the unlikely event of us delivering an incorrect or faulty item we will gladly refund the cost of returning the item and offer a refund/replacement. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting certificate as we are unable to issue refunds for items we don't receive.
